Job summary

Adecco invites applications for a Business Analyst role with a well-known bank in Hong Kong. You will collaborate with project teams to plan, execute, and monitor UAT for banking system migrations and e-channels revamps, identify defects, and ensure alignment with business requirements and timelines.

The candidate should have 2+ years of banking system experience, proficient testing tools, and strong English/Cantonese/Mandarin communication skills. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in banking system, UAT, or e-channels platform projects.
• Familiarity with e-channels platforms (online banking, mobile apps) and related processes.
• Proficiency in testing tools (e.g., JIRA or similar).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

• Identify, report, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure UAT aligns with business requirements and timelines.
• Assist in training end-users and creating user documentation for the projects.
• Provide post-migration support and troubleshooting.
• Assist in ah-hoc tasks as assigned by team head.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in banking system, UAT, or e-channels platform projects.
• Familiarity with e-channels platforms (e.g., retail / corporate online banking and products, mobile apps, banking systems and workflows) / leveraged forex and securities dealing processes / Bank’s securities products **
• Proficiency in testing tools (e.g., JIRA or similar)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Immediately available is preferred
