Job summary

Qualifications

• DSE graduate or equivalent.
• Hospital or clinic experience preferred.
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing.
• Good customer service and telephone manners.
• Fast and accurate typist.

Responsibilities

• Provide receptionist duty for the department including greeting patients and visitors, handling phone calls, and managing communications.
• Maintain patients' records, book appointments and coordinate patient arrival.
• Provide general clerical support in procurement, internal communication and department operations.
• Prepare census and condition reports accurately and on time.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and safe work practices in the department.
