Job summary

Leadingnation seeks a dedicated NGO professional to render casework and coordinate group activities for ethnic minority families. You will plan and implement health support projects, collaborate with nurse-led teams and liaise with local stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of services.

The role requires engaging in planning, design, implementation and evaluation of programmes, supporting case management and logistics, and organizing home visits with needs assessments.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• 2 years working experience; volunteering in social service is an advantage.
• NGO with multicultural working environment.

Responsibilities

• Render casework, group activities and programs for ethnic minority families.
• Plan and implement project on health support for ethnic minority families.
• Collaborate with nurse-led team and liaise with local stakeholders.
• Assist in the planning, design, implementation and evaluation of programmes.
• Support case management and service coordination and provide logistic support.
• Organize home visit and conduct needs assessment of the service users.
• Facilitate small-scale risk reduction work in rural and urban households.
