Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Android + Flutter Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing cross-platform mobile applications with a keen eye for creating intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces. Experience with real-time communication technologies, such as WebSockets, is essential to ensure seamless and responsive user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Development: Design and develop high-quality, responsive mobile applications using the Flutter framework.
• User Interface Design: Collaborate with designers to implement pixel-perfect UI/UX designs that provide an engaging user experience.
• Real-Time Communication: Integrate real-time data features using WebSockets or similar technologies to enable fast and efficient communication within the app.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and design patterns.
• Testing: Develop and execute unit and integration tests to ensure application stability and performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and backend developers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize applications for maximum performance across a variety of devices and screen sizes.
• Documentation: Maintain clear documentation for code and development processes.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience in Android development (at least 3 years) and preferably some experience in Flutter with a strong portfolio of released applications on the App Store or the Android Market.
• Programming Skills: Proficiency in Kotlin and Dart programming language; familiarity with other languages such as Java and Swift is a plus.
• Real-Time Communication: Experience implementing real-time communication features using WebSockets or similar technologies.
• State Management: Strong understanding of state management solutions in Flutter, such as Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc.
• Version Control: Proficiency with version control tools, particularly Git.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
• Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Backend Integration: Experience integrating with backend services and APIs, including RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
• Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools such as Notion, Jira or Trello.
• Continuous Integration: Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Cloud Services: Knowledge of cloud platforms and services like Firebase, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
