Leadingnation is seeking an experienced Mobile Application Engineer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade mobile applications for iOS and Android. The role emphasizes cross-platform development with Flutter and React Native, and strong focus on security including Promon Shield, app attestation, and anti-tampering.

You'll work with backend engineers, UX/UI designers, product owners, and security teams, participate in code reviews and CI/CD improvements, and help optimize performance

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/SE or related field.
3+ years hands-on mobile development experience.
Strong Flutter (Dart) and React Native experience.
Experience publishing apps to App Store/Play Store.
Familiarity with mobile security and SDK integration.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Application Engineer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise‑grade mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience with both Flutter and React Native, as well as proven experience integrating mobile security and protection solutions such as Promon Shield, app attestation, anti‑tampering, runtime protection, and related SDKs.

Job Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy mobile applications for iOS and Android.
Build cross‑platform applications using Flutter and React Native.
Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, and third‑party SDKs.
Implement mobile application security controls and protection mechanisms.
Integrate and maintain Promon security solutions, including:
- App Shielding
- Runtime Application Self‑Protection (RASP)
- App Attestation
- Anti‑Tampering protection
- SDK protection technologies
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
Collaborate with backend engineers, UX/UI designers, product owners, and security teams.
Participate in code reviews and CI/CD pipeline enhancements.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of hands‑on mobile application development experience.
Strong experience with Flutter (Dart)
Experience publishing applications to Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Experience integrating APIs, authentication services, and mobile SDKs.
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.
Strong problem‑solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience integrating Promon Shield or similar mobile security platforms.
Experience in banking, fintech, or regulated industries.
Knowledge of:
- Mobile application security
- OWASP Mobile Top 10
- Certificate pinning
- Biometric authentication
- Device integrity checks
- Root/Jailbreak detection
Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of Android native (Kotlin) and iOS native (Swift).
