Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited is seeking a skilled software engineer to design, build, and iterate on core web apps and Flutter mobile platforms. You will write clean TypeScript and Dart code with modular design and optimize for performance, aiming for smooth 60fps UI across devices.

Required experience includes Flutter production apps, modern JS/TS environments (React/Vue/Next.js/Node.js), and a strong emphasis on testing, code reviews, and CI/CD improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a matching engineering discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in professional software development across web and mobile platforms.
• Proven track record of building and deploying production‑ready cross‑platform mobile apps using Flutter.
• Strong experience in modern JavaScript/TypeScript web environments, specifically React, Vue, Next.js, or Node.js.
• Solid engineering mindset with an understanding of asynchronous programming, caching strategies, and performance optimisation.
• Strong advocate for software quality, including writing unit/integration tests and participating in constructive code reviews.
• Professional fluency in written and spoken Cantonese is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Continuously improve CI/CD pipeline automation, developer workflows, and system monitoring.
