Qualifications

• Degree holder or above.
• 1–3 years’ experience in financial markets middle office or secretary.
• Experience in KYC related task preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with counterparty onboarding process preferred.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; Putonghua is highly preferable.

Responsibilities

• Draft meeting minutes, department summaries and notices; prepare business presentations or reports as assigned.
• Maintain and organize document archives; ensure records are accessible.
• Administrative and scheduling support; manage department meetings and post-meeting follow-ups.
• Maintain counterparty KYC information; contact financial institutions to exchange KYC information.
• Input and maintain KYC information in relevant systems; coordinate with AML and risk teams.
• Daily maintenance of risk events in AML monitoring system.
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
