Job summary

IO TECH SOLUTIONS LIMITED seeks a Mid-Level SRE to join a fast-paced technology environment, improving system performance, reliability and observability across production systems.

You will monitor and enhance performance, build observability tooling and dashboards, develop meaningful monitoring and alerts, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines. You’ll write automation with Python or other languages and collaborate with development and infrastructure teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SRE/DevOps/Platform Engineering.
• Hands-on observability, monitoring or telemetry.
• Strong CI/CD experience.
• Programming skills in Python or Java/Go/Scala/Rust.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve system performance, reliability and availability.
• Build and maintain observability and telemetry solutions.
• Develop meaningful monitoring, metrics, dashboards and alerts.
• Troubleshoot production issues and identify root causes.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support reliable and efficient releases.
• Write automation and engineering tools using Python or other programming languages.
• Work closely with development and infrastructure teams to improve system performance and operational efficiency.
• Support continuous improvements in a fast-moving, results-driven environment.
