Peak3 is seeking an experienced SRE/Operations professional to support overseas internet insurance technology and lead reliability initiatives. You will collaborate with SRE, IaC, and DevOps teams to design stability and monitoring plans, participate in on-call duties, and manage emergency responses for critical production incidents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 3+ years SRE/ops experience.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems and network protocols.
• Java development with JVM, IO/NIO, and multithreading.
• Familiarity with data, messaging, or caching middleware technologies (3+).
• Deep understanding of algorithms and data structures.
• Proven experience in high availability assurance including load balancing, DNS, degradation, and cascading failures.
• Proficiency in MySQL.
• Clear logical thinking, quick learning, and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Participate in on-call rotation and emergency incident response for P0 and P1 production incidents.
• Design stability plans, monitoring strategies, and incident recovery with IaC/DevOps collaboration.
• Post-incident reviews and action tracking to close gaps.
• Identify and resolve data integrity issues and data leakage risks.
• Ensure 99.99% production availability with cross-functional teams.

Description du poste

• 1. Overseas internet insurance technology export, support for overseas internet insurance technology business and proprietary insurance operations, and technical project exchanges with domestic and overseas peers.
• 2. Collaborate with frontline SRE teams, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) engineers, and DevOps engineers to design stability assurance plans, monitoring strategies, and incident recovery solutions. Propose requirements for IaC and DevOps teams to enhance automation and monitoring capabilities for production environment reliability.
• 3. Participate in on-call rotation duties.
• 4. Emergency incident response and management. Act as the first responder for P0 and P1 production incidents, conducting root cause analysis and coordinating with relevant teams for resolution. Assist frontline SRE teams in diagnosing and resolving complex P2 and lower-priority incidents, and follow through to closure.
• 5. Post-incident review and tracking. Organize incident retrospective meetings and monitor the implementation of corrective actions.
• 6. Identify and resolve data integrity issues and data leakage risks.
• 7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure 99.99% high availability of the production environment, and maintain efficient monitoring and rapid incident recovery capabilities.
• 8. Grow alongside the international team, challenge personal limits, and provide technical support to overseas client project teams.

Qualifications

• 1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in SRE or operations reliability.
• 2. Strong knowledge of operating systems and network protocols.
• 3. Solid programming foundation, with proficiency in Java development, JVM principles, IO/NIO, and multi-threading/multi-processing.
• 4. Familiarity with at least 3 industry-standard data, messaging, or caching middleware technologies.
• 5. Deep understanding of algorithm design and data structures.
• 6. Proven experience in high availability assurance, including handling load balancing, DNS, overload, hotspots, degradation, cache avalanche, and cascading failures.
• 7. Proficiency in MySQL database.
• 8. Clear logical thinking, strong learning ability, and excellent teamwork skills.
