Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering degree with focus on building services and MEP systems required.
• Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills within multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Liaise with design engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure alignment on specs and schedules.
• Review technical drawings and schedules to identify conflicts or discrepancies.
• Monitor progress against timelines and budgets; report status with detailed records.
