Job summary

The Hong Kong Jockey Club, Sha Tin Communications & Technology Centre, Sha Tin Racecourse, Sha Tin

is seeking a Member Services Support to assist Members via our 7-day hotline, manage raceday and non-raceday reservations, and provide mobile app technical support in line with Club policies. The role requires a university degree and at least 1 year in service, plus Cantonese/English fluency and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

University degree and at least 1 year in service industry.
Call centre experience is an advantage.
Good understanding of Customer Management System.
Fluency in Cantonese and English; written English.

Responsibilities

Provide services via 7-day operation hours in Members Services Hotline and perform telesales activities within appropriate timelines to drive initiatives of different programmes.
Address members' general inquiries, perform raceday and non-raceday reservations and provide mobile app technical support in accordance with the Club's standard policies and procedures.
Communicate with internal colleagues to ensure Members' needs are being handled and followed-up.
Record and follow Members' feedbacks and complaints timely.
Accept duties assigned by the Line Manager(s).
