Job summary

The Hong Kong Jockey Club’s Division - Membership & Customer Excellence (MCE) drives world-class experiences for members across clubhouses, racecourses and OCBBs, delivering customer-centric engagement and data-driven interactions.

The Job involves assisting in supervising staff, maintaining Forbes standards, and organizing recreational programs while coordinating with outsourced coaches to ensure professional execution and optimal facility usage.

Qualifications

• Good interpersonal skills with initiatives to interact with customers and staff.
• Hands-on experience in MS Office applications.
• Good command of spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager, Sports & Leisure and Sports & Leisure Support Manager in supervising, managing and motivating all full-time and part-time staff to provide the Best recreation services to members.
• Provide administrative support while proactively participating in day-to-day operations to ensure highest member satisfaction and maintain Forbes standards.
• Plan, organize and supervise all recreational and sports programs to cater to members’ interests and manage sports teams representing the Club.
