Qualifications

• At least 5 years in pharma/biotech with medical operations or patient programs.
• 1-3 years in leadership roles in medical operations.
• Strong project management and cross-functional leadership.
• Understanding of Taiwan and Hong Kong regulatory environments.
• Fluent Mandarin required.

Responsibilities

• Lead medical operations excellence across Taiwan and Hong Kong.
• Govern medical information, advisory boards, and investigator-initiated studies.
• Drive governance for prioritization, budgeting, and delivery of initiatives.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for patient support programs.
• Build and develop medical capabilities and talent.
• Collaborate with Global Medical Operations and regional teams.
