Job summary

Wellcome is seeking a seasoned supervisor for its Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate operations, overseeing meat processing, packing, and related activities.

The role requires at least five years of supervisory experience in food production, with strong machinery operation skills and a background in meat processing. You will coordinate frontline staff and ensure timely production while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Min.5 years’ supervisory experience in food production.
• Experience in meat processing preferred.
• Strong experience with supervisory and machinery operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily performance and ensure proper operation for assigned shift.
• Coordinate and deploy frontline staff to optimize line performance.
• Support machinery and process improvement initiatives.
• Oversee daily production, packing, and picking activities.
• Record operational data accurately in PMS for lines.
