Standard Chartered is seeking a MCM professional within Local Corporates, Client Coverage, CCIB in Hong Kong. You will support Relationship Managers with credit analysis, proposals, and client servicing while ensuring risk governance standards.

You will conduct financial analyses, prepare credit reviews, and coordinate transaction execution, contributing to sustainable growth through disciplined credit practices and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in credit analysis.
• Hands-on experience in assessing financial performance and creditworthiness.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
• Mandarin would be an advantage.
• Strong financial analysis and credit assessment skills.
• Solid credit writing skills, including preparation of credit proposals.

Working closely with Relationship Managers, product partners, risk, and operational teams, the MCM facilitates effective client coverage by delivering timely analysis, supporting client onboarding and service requests, and identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships. The role contributes to sustainable business growth through strong credit discipline, proactive portfolio management, and efficient execution of client solutions.
The MCM supports Relationship Managers in managing client relationships.
The role is responsible for conducting financial and credit analysis, preparing credit applications and reviews, coordinating transaction execution, and ensuring adherence to the Bank's risk and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Support Relationship Managers in preparing Credit proposals, interim reviews.
