Job summary

AM730 Media Limited is seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager to plan and execute a range of marketing events and campaigns. You will manage timelines, budgets, and resources, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful deliveries.

The role requires strong copywriting in Chinese, solid event management experience, and the ability to handle multiple projects with attention to detail. Occasional weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in marketing, event management or project management.
• Proven experience planning and managing campaigns, events or exhibitions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to handle multiple tasks independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating and executing marketing events and projects.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, resources and deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external vendors and venues.
• Oversee event logistics including venue management and on-site operations.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide improvement insights.
• Develop content for promotional materials, social media and EDMs.
• Support digital marketing initiatives with creative and content teams.
• Conduct market research and trend analysis for opportunities.
• Handle multiple projects with high attention to detail.
