Lane Crawford Joyce Group is seeking a Part-Time Marketing & Communications Specialist to support high-visibility, celebrity-led pop-ups and brand initiatives. You will assist the Assistant Marketing Project Manager in executing strategic marketing and PR plans across channels, ensuring alignment with brand standards.

Ideal candidates have 4–5 years in PR/Marketing within luxury fashion or lifestyle, with a strong media network and experience managing agencies/creatives.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of PR and marketing experience.
• luxury fashion or lifestyle experience preferred.
• Established network with local media editors, stylists and influencers.
• Proven track record managing PR agencies and external designers.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
• Familiarity with Xiaohongshu (XHS) is an advantage.
• Part-time availability: 8 working days per month.

Job description

As our Part-Time Marketing & Communications Specialist, you will provide strategic support for our upcoming high-visibility, celebrity-led pop-up projects. You will assist the Assistant Marketing Project Manager in executing strategic marketing and PR initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand standards across all deliverables.

The Role

• Project Execution: Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, brands, and vendors from the briefing stage through to execution to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
• PR & Influencer Relations: Utilize existing relationships with local media editors, stylists, and influencers to drive brand visibility and media engagement.
• Digital & Content Support: Partner with the digital team to coordinate social media planning, ad boosting, eDMs, and the creation of marketing content.
• Event & Activation Management: Provide operational support for on-site and off-site events, in-store activations, and related initiatives.
• Collateral Production: Oversee the production of online and offline promotional and branding materials, maintaining strict visual and editorial quality.

The Ideal Candidate

• 4–5 years of professional experience in PR and Marketing, preferably within the luxury fashion or lifestyle sectors.
• Demonstrated network of local media editors, stylists, and influencers.
• Proven track record in managing PR agencies and external designers from brief to completion.
• Strong aesthetic judgment with meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Professional fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin), with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Xiaohongshu (XHS) is considered an advantage.
• Availability for a part-time schedule of 8 working days per month is a must.
