Job summary

CLP Group in Hong Kong is seeking a Marketing Communications & Engagement Associate to plan and run customer engagement activities, including the Green Studio fleet, to promote energy efficiency and CLP's brand image.

You will lead outreach ambassadors, coordinate talks at schools and community venues, support campaigns across ATL and digital channels, and work with vendors to deliver high-quality communications while tracking KPI performance.

Qualifications

• University degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in public education or engagement programmes, event management, advertising, digital marketing, or communications.
• Excellent spoken and written Chinese and English with Putonghua fluency.
• Proactive, independent, quick learner and strong team player.
• Experience with AI tools and platforms is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Explore innovative engagement methods on and off vehicles and in other interactive approaches.

• Collaborate with vendors and agencies to deliver quality communications and media plans.

Marketing Communications & Engagement Associate

Major Duties:

• Assist in planning and organising different customer engagement and outreach activities via CLP’s mobile truck – Green Studio Multi-Purpose Vehicle fleet ("thefleet"), for the promotion of energy efficiency & conservation (EE&C) messages and brand image
• Execute and run outreach activitiesleading a team of outreachambassadors to promote low-carbon lifestyle via adoption of CLP’s green products and services to primary school students, teachers, community stakeholders and the public via thefleet
• Take the initiative in exploring and executing an innovative way of customer engagement experience, on- and off- the multi-purpose vehicles and in other interactive approaches
• Coordinate, conductsharing, talks and various activities on- and off- vehicle at schools, community venues and other outdoor locations in an interactive and engaging way
• Handle all logistics associated with the operation of the outreach activities, including but not limited to customer communications, enquiries, administration and reporting
• Closely monitor and analyse the performance and results to achieve KPIs. Comply company protocols and safety standards
• Provide support to marketing communications campaigns and events development, including above-the-line, below-the-line, digital marketing, etc. as assigned by supervisor
• Work closely with internal and external counterparts, including vendors and agencies, to deliver quality communication deliverables and media plans
• Perform departmental duties, including team budget, report consolidation, etc.

Requirements:

• Arecognised university degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least2-4 years’ relevant working experience inpublic education or engagement programmes,event management, advertising, digital marketing, customer services or communications. Experience in hospitality/servicing/education industry is a definite advantage
• Good presentation and excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English, including fluency in Putonghua
• Pleasant,highly proactive, independent,a quick learnerand good team player is a must; candidatewith a passion to interact with people from different segments and willingness to embrace challenge and agility at work is preferred
• Exposure and strong willingness to embrace the use of AI tools and platforms delivering workflow and creativity enhancement, in accordance to company guidelines will be a definite advantage
• Good computer knowledge with digital skillsets in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva and other multi‑media experience will be an advantage
• Subject to outreach activities and event schedules, occasional work on weekends/public holidays may be required, with replacement leave covered upon management approval
