Job summary

Qualifications

• University graduate, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, promotions, or communications.
• Solid marketing knowledge and familiarity with social media and digital marketing tools.
• Knowledge of AI-generated tools and technologies.
• Customer-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, self-initiated, detail-minded, and a quick learner.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Able to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing and branding initiatives across various channels in Hong Kong.
• Create engaging marketing content and visually appealing graphics (brochures, flyers, newsletters, presentations, etc.).
• Assist in the organisation and coordination of marketing events and activities, ensuring smooth logistics.
• Manage the full production cycle of corporate souvenirs, from concept to delivery.
• Conduct market research to understand trends, competitors, and customers.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to implement digital and offline marketing programs and sponsorships.
• Support product comparisons and marketing promotions to ensure consistency and effectiveness
