A marine services company in Hong Kong is seeking a Marine Superintendent to implement and oversee safety policies and efficiency. This role involves auditing Chemical, Crude Oil, and LPG Tankers for deficiencies and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate holds a Class 1 Master Mariner certification and has 5+ years of sailing experience on relevant vessels. A strong background in Marine Safety Matters and Quality Assurance is essential, as well as readiness to travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of sailing experience on LPG/Chemical or Crude Oil Tankers.
• Working experience in Marine Safety Matters.
• Previous experience as DPA and CSO.
• Strong background in Quality Assurance and ISM; prior DPA and CSO experience.
• Willingness to travel and take responsibility.

Job Description: The role is responsible for implementing and overseeing the company's safety and efficiency policies. This includes conducting regular audits on Chemical Tankers, Crude Oil Tankers, and LPG Tankers to identify any deficiencies and recommend preventive measures. Assists in monitoring vessel performance and ensures compliance with safety regulations.

Position Requirements

• Possesses working experience in related fields with a comprehensive knowledge of Marine Safety Matters.
