As our Manager - Strategy & Business Transformation, we rely on you to:

• Support Vice Presidents in the team on driving strategic business initiatives from strategy formulation through successful execution
• Perform in-depth external and internal research and data analyses to understand business problems, identify opportunities and recommend action plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams from Commercial and Operations divisions to drive project execution and achieve Key Performance Indicators
• Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation

We Are Looking For Someone Who Has/is

• Minimum 5 years of work experience in Management Consulting/ Corporate Strategy
• Degree in Business Management or related discipline. Master’s in Business Administration is an advantage
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate insights into actions
• Exceptional problem-solving ability on diverse topics
• Proven success in a project coordination and management role
• Effective influencing and communication skills to work with multiple stakeholders
• Confident, assertive and collaborative
• Proficient in building financial models and presentation decks
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
