Job summary

AXA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking an experienced regulatory reporting professional to lead Bermuda Monetary Authority filings and financial statement preparation. The role includes HKFRS 17 closing processes, data validation, and coordinating with stakeholders and auditors to ensure timely, accurate reporting.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of relevant insurance accounting or auditing experience, with strong Excel skills and proficiency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of relevant experience in insurance auditing or insurance accounting.
• Proven experience in regulatory reporting and compliance within the insurance or financial services sector.
• Familiarity with BMA regulations and HKFRS 17 is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and fluent in English.
• Knowledge of Alteryx, Power BI, and AI tools for data analysis and reporting is a plus.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Assistant Accounting Manager position.
