Job summary

FWD Group in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Project Manager/BA Lead to train and oversee BAs, define requirements, review functional specs, and design UAT plans for sales platform and New Business projects. The role focuses on delivering efficient workflows and robust project execution in a fast-paced insurance environment.

You will review workflows, support production issue resolution, analyze data to identify business needs, and act as the project manager for operations initiatives,

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required, preferably in Business Administration or Information Systems.
• Minimum 8 years in Life Insurance industry with well understanding in life insurance operation.
• Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Experience in New Business & Underwriting is preferrable.
• Experience in people management is preferrable.

The Job

The Person

• Previous digital transformation/ product development experience will be advantageous

• Professional qualifications in project management will be ideal
