Job summary

Qualifications

  • Accomplished communications professional with substantial experience in corporate communications, public relations, or related field.
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese; confident engaging with diverse audiences.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with media, stakeholders, and senior leaders.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, international environment with agility and sound judgement.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, organizational, and presentation capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience managing digital communication platforms, social media channels, and corporate websites.

  • Execute strategic communication programs that enhance corporate reputation and strengthen brand positioning.
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including media partners and industry influencers.
  • Support crisis communications planning, preparedness, and response initiatives.
  • Develop high-quality communication materials for senior executives, including speeches, media briefing documents, press releases, key messages, presentations, and interview materials.
  • Manage corporate digital platforms and social media channels, including the corporate website and LinkedIn presence.
  • Identify and coordinate strategic speaking engagements, business events, conferences, and thought leadership opportunities for senior executives.

The Global Corporate Communications team is dedicated to enhancing the organization’s reputation, elevating brand visibility, and engaging key stakeholders across markets. Working closely with senior leadership, regional teams, properties, media, and external partners, the team drives strategic corporate positioning, executive communications, and impactful storytelling that strengthens Rosewood Hotel Group’s global presence.

YOUR ROLE

As Manager, Corporate Communications, Global, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing corporate communications strategies that strengthen Rosewood Hotel Group’s reputation and global brand presence. You will collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to develop compelling narratives, support executive communications, manage media relations, and contribute to thought leadership initiatives. This role is instrumental in ensuring consistent messaging, safeguarding corporate reputation, and advancing strategic communication objectives across the organization.
