Hong Kong Housing Society (HKHS) is seeking a seasoned Construction Manager to lead site operations across assigned projects. You will implement site policies, supervise contractor performance and monitor progress to ensure projects stay on schedule.
The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of construction safety and regulations, and the ability to coordinate handovers to internal divisions while addressing defects and complaints promptly. Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential.
