Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree holder in communication, public administration or related fields.
• Minimum 8 years’ full-time experience in community engagement, district administration, or relevant public policy / community development roles.
• Proven track record in planning and managing projects or community programmes with measurable outcomes.
• Extensive stakeholder networks with ability to expand partnerships for urban renewal initiatives.
• Proficient in applying and integrating Gen-AI tools to enhance work processes and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement community engagement activities and outreach programmes to drive the Authority’s strategic goals.
• Supervise and monitor subordinates to ensure delivery of work programmes and tasks.
• Prepare stakeholder communication materials and manage social media content.
• Monitor local political developments and provide insights to support strategic planning.
• Establish and expand stakeholder networks to support urban renewal efforts.
• Leverage Gen-AI tools and digital solutions to enhance engagement processes and interactions.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by supervisors.
