Job summary

Global Sports Jobs Limited seeks an experienced Programme and Project Manager in Hong Kong to support the HKJC Charities Trust within the Charities and Community Division, coordinating business analysis, process modelling and ICT project delivery.

You will gather requirements, manage stakeholders and vendors, drive digital marketing and event initiatives, and ensure solutions are tested and implemented effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years in project and event management or marketing, including 3+ years at managerial level.
• Experience in digital marketing and event management.
• Experience leading publicity campaigns and vendor management.
• Experience working with government, NGOs, schools and professional bodies.
• Proficient in project management and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Gather, validate and document business requirements with stakeholders and vendors.

• Identify issues, risks and benefits of solutions and outline impacts.

About the Role

The role sits within the Charities and Community (C&C) Division, which manages strategic planning, grant donations, impactful project initiation, community engagement and the day-to-day operations of the HKJC Charities Trust. The position supports the programme team by gathering and documenting business requirements, modelling business processes and coordinating project meetings and administration. The role holder works closely with internal departments, stakeholders and vendors, and assists in the implementation and testing of ICT solutions while helping the team manage projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the programme team, stakeholders (including vendors) and other internal departments to gather, validate and document business requirements.
• Model business processes and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Identify issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outline business impacts.
• Support the team in implementing and testing solutions.
• Assist in building a resources library and provide appropriate methodologies, guidelines and tools to the programme team to manage projects effectively and professionally in the use of ICT.
• Coordinate project meetings, including preparation of meeting agendas, papers, PowerPoints, notes and minutes, and logistics arrangements.
• Provide administrative support such as housekeeping of data, documents and meeting schedules, room reservations, filing and mailing.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by the hiring manager and department management.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 6 years' experience in project and event management or marketing, with at least 3 years at managerial level.
• Experience in digital marketing and event management.
• Experience in leading publicity campaigns and vendor management.
• Experience in working with government, NGOs, schools and professional bodies.
• Skilled in project management as well as the Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in ICT solution design, implementation and management.
• Experience in data platform or system management, or research project management.
