This role owns the translation of platform strategy into precise, implementable requirements that enable engineering teams to deliver consistently across markets. The Business Analyst works closely with Platform Managers to convert high‑level platform capabilities into structured, testable, and execution‑ready specifications across the Omne digital platform.
Own the breakdown of platform capabilities into detailed, implementable requirements (user stories, workflows, data mappings, API‑level considerations). Ensure all requirements are clear, unambiguous, and meet “ready for development” standards before sprint commitment. Maintain end‑to‑end traceability between business needs, requirements, and delivered features.
Translate business and platform requirements into system‑level specifications aligned to engineering architecture. Work closely with engineering teams to ensure requirements are understood, feasible, and consistently implemented. Identify dependencies, integration points, and data flows across platform components.
Support sprint execution by clarifying requirements, resolving ambiguities, and managing requirement changes. Own UAT readiness, including definition of test scenarios aligned to business requirements. Validate delivered outputs against defined requirements and ensure defects are clearly documented and resolved.
Partner with Platform Managers, country teams, and engineering teams to ensure alignment across markets. Standardise requirements to maximise reuse and consistency across markets while managing local variations. Facilitate workshops to refine requirements and align stakeholders on scope and expected outcomes.
Analyse existing processes and platform capabilities to identify improvement opportunities. Drive improvements in requirement quality, documentation standards, and delivery efficiency. Contribute to evolving best practices for Agile delivery within the platform team.
