Job summary

Sun Hung Kai Properties Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a Manager/Assistant Manager - Interior Design (Shopping Mall) to lead a team of interior designers for mall design, review tenants’ fitting out plans for compliance with mall standards, and provide interior design for upgrades and improvements.

The role requires a degree in Interior Design with 10 years’ experience in retail interiors and graphic design, plus fluency in English and Putonghua.

Qualifications

• Degree in Interior Design or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in interior design in retail and graphic design.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
• Fluent in English and Putonghua.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience translating leasing requirements into design solutions.
• Familiar with shopping mall and retail shop operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of interior designers on mall design.
• Review tenants’ fitting out plans for mall standards.
• Provide interior design for mall improvements and upgrades.
• Assist in project management of shopping mall renovation.

Ability to translate leasing requirements into tangible and functional design solutions

Familiar with shopping mall and retail shop operations
