ZA is seeking a qualified ALM professional in Hong Kong to join our risk management team. You will prepare regular ALCO reports, minutes, and drive the annual recovery plan with coordination of ICAAP exercises.

The role requires knowledge of regulatory requirements and strong collaboration across teams, plus fluency in English and Chinese to communicate with senior management and regulators. Experience in ALM/liquidity is preferred.

Qualifications

• Banking knowledge with regulatory awareness is required.
• Experience in ALM, capital, liquidity or IRRBB preferred (3–5 years).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; attention to detail.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.

Description du poste

• Prepare regular reports for ALCO and other Senior Management Committees
• Prepare ALCO meeting minutes
• Prepare annual recovery plan
• Prepare and execute drill test on annual contingency funding plan
• Coordinate quarterly and annual ICAAP exercise
• Assist in regular monitoring of CAR and Leverage ratio
• Prepare HKMA returns and other regulatory submissions
• Preferably with knowledge in LMR, LMT and CFR
• Interpret and implement new requirements issued by HKMA
• Support ad hoc duties and projects

Requirement:

• Degree holder in Accounting/ Finance/ Business Administration/ Statistics/ Risk Management
• Candidates with up to 3-5 years of ALM, capital, liquidity or IRRBB management experience
• Good knowledge on bank products and regulatory requirements
• Drive process innovation with Gen-AI
• Independent, detail-oriented, problem-solving skill and strong collaboration across the teams
• Good written and spoken English & Chinese
