Job summary

Hong Kong Housing Society is seeking a property management professional to oversee daily mall and carpark operations at North, Tai Po. The role includes inspections, coordinating repairs, and coordinating with tenants, customers, contractors and service providers to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of property management experience, with English and Chinese language proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in property management.
• Holding a valid Property Management Licence is preferred.
• Good service concept and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily shopping mall and carpark operations for smooth facility management.
• Conduct inspections and coordinate maintenance and repair works.
• Liaise with tenants, customers, contractors and service providers on operational matters.
• Monitor vendor performance to ensure safety, cleanliness and compliance.
• Prepare reports, handle emergencies and support customer satisfaction and asset enhancement.
