Platinum Securities Company Limited is seeking a skilled Corporate Finance professional to perform financial due diligence, prepare M&A proposals, and lead regulatory analysis for complex transactions in the Asia region. The role involves drafting corporate finance documents, coordinating tender processes, and supporting senior management on various projects.

The ideal candidate has CPA qualifications and 4–6 years of corporate finance experience, with strong English and Chinese communication

Formación

• Degree in CPA or related professional qualification preferred.
• 4–6 years of corporate finance experience in financial institutions or professional firms preferred.
• Sound knowledge of market trends and HK regulatory developments.

Responsabilidades

• Perform financial due diligence and analysis on potential investment opportunities or other transactions.
• Prepare proposals for as well as execution of M&A transactions and business investment opportunities.
• Regulatory analysis (e.g. Listing Rules, Takeovers Code) and structuring of transactions.
• Drafting of documents related to execution of corporate finance transactions.
• Lead project tender process and transaction execution in conjunction with other members of the Corporate Finance team.
• Support Senior Management and Directors in corporate finance projects across the team.
• Can lead team of juniors
