Job summary

WRISTCHECK in Hong Kong seeks a polished Client Service Specialist to deliver high-touch, bilingual service in our showroom and online boutique. You will guide clients through collections, explain watch mechanics and heritage, and provide seamless pre- and post-sale support to build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in luxury retail or concierge service.
• Fluent English with a second language (Mandarin, Cantonese, or French).
• Strong interpersonal, consultative, and personalized approach.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage clients in online and offline channels with a personalized luxury experience.
• Understand inquiries and preferences to recommend timepieces by dress, sport or complication.
• Present technical and aesthetic features clearly (movement, materials, design, straps).
• Arrange private viewings, source pieces, negotiate, and coordinate pickup/delivery.
• Provide clear processes and policies, and handle POS, financing, deposits, and tax-free forms.
• Achieve sales targets through proactive outreach and client development.
• Maintain showroom displays, lighting, and watch security; stock movement tracking.
