RecruitFirst Limited is seeking a Luxury Sales Associate for prime locations in Hong Kong. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service and driving sales through deep product knowledge and clienteling.

You will participate in daily boutique operations and contribute to a dynamic team environment across landmark luxury stores. Candidates with 1+ years in luxury retail, fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, and a passion for premium brands are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury fashion or premium retail.
• Passion for luxury brands with strong customer service mindset.
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through clienteling and CRM activities.
• Provide product recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, collections, and market trends.
• Support daily boutique operations, including visual merchandising and inventory management.
• (Senior level) Mentor junior team members and assist with store operations.
