Eternity Consultants (HK) Ltd is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead a large shop-floor team in luxury joinery and high-end furniture manufacturing. The role requires coordinating CNC programming and spray booth operations while ensuring top quality across all projects.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of veneer selection, book-matching, and premium finishing systems; a strong grasp of solid timber properties and moisture calibration is essential for consistent results.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive production management experience in luxury joinery, bespoke cabinetry, or high-end furniture manufacturing.
• Experience coordinating CNC programming and spray booth operations within a Woodworking environment.
• Solid understanding of veneer selection, book-matching, and luxury spray finishing systems (PU, waterborne, lacquers).
• Strong knowledge of solid timber properties, grain movement, and moisture calibration.

Responsibilities

• Report weekly production KPIs to Director.
• Lead a team of 30 skilled production artisans on the shop floor (carpenters, CNC machinists, veneer artisans, spray technicians, assembly fitters, and packing crews).
• Handle all quality control systems.
• Oversee CNC programming coordination and spray booth operations.
• Supervise materials procurement and inventory management.
