Job summary

Eternity Consultants (HK) Ltd is seeking a Commercial/Costing Coordinator to own and continuously improve the factory’s pricing and costing systems, ensuring accurate cost tracking and competitive quoting. The role also oversees inbound coordination of customer-supplied materials from overseas.

Requirements include a Business Administration degree and at least five years in a relevant commercial/estimating role within joinery/furniture sectors, plus CAD/SketchUp literacy for drawings

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in commercial, estimating, project coordination or customer management in joinery/furniture/fit-out or kitchen manufacturing sectors.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, interior elevations, shop drawings, or CAD/SketchUp files.
• Experience with export documentation for finished wood products entering the EU (EU timber regulations, CE marking awareness).

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the factory’s pricing and costing systems.
• Manage inbound coordination of customer-supplied materials from overseas.
