Job summary

Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong is seeking a Receiving Officer to join our Finance team. You will ensure deliveries meet PO specifications, handle HACCP standards, and support both Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong and The Landmark Mandarin Oriental.

The successful candidate has at least 1 year of relevant experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. This is a full-time role based in Hong Kong with cross-hotel responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of relevant experience in hotel receiving or similar.
• Strong organizational and prioritizing skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform the daily routine work of the Receiving Office.
• Ensure all receiving procedures comply with hotel's standards (HACCP).
• Cover both Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong and The Landmark Mandarin Oriental.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the department head.
