Blancpain is seeking a Brand Manager to fully own the brand strategy, sales development, and operational execution in Hong Kong & Macau. You will translate global brand vision into local initiatives, maximize growth and market share, and lead a multidisciplinary team in a dynamic luxury environment.

You will ensure flawless execution aligned with HQ strategies, driving measurable, impactful outcomes and sustainable profitability in a highly competitive market.

Qualifications

• At least 12 years of experience in luxury brand management.
• At least 5 years in a managerial role with team leadership.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with accountability and results.
• Deep understanding of the luxury sector, consumer behaviors, and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own brand strategy and execution for HK & Macau in alignment with HQ.
• Lead sales development, targets across boutiques and channels, and reporting.
• Oversee boutique network expansion, operations, and partner negotiations.
• Drive annual marketing, PR plans, CRM programs, and clienteling initiatives.
