Qualifications

• Bachelor in Computer Science or related engineering from a top-tier university.
• 3+ years of work experience.
• Proficient in C++/Rust programming.
• Familiar with large-scale, high-performance distributed systems.
• Experience with data structures, algorithms, design patterns, low-latency network programming, multi-threading, and optimization.
• Proficient with caching, message queuing, and searching tools such as Redis, Kafka, Elasticsearch.
• Familiar with Linux.
• Familiar with FIX protocol (optional).
• Experience in developing financial-related products or in a large Internet company.
• Able to adapt to high pressure working environment; strong system analysis and design skills.
• Proactive, team-oriented, and self-driven to tackle difficulties and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Develop core functions of the internet financial platform and build infrastructure for digital asset trading.
• Implement low-latency, high-performance order processing and market data distribution.
• Establish a robust, efficient and concurrent trading system for 7x24 operation.
• Communicate effectively with product and business teams, collect requirements, participate in planning and system design.
• Propose practical solutions and produce technical documents independently.
