Job summary

Longevity Health Services Limited is seeking a Health Coach (Dietitian/Physiotherapist preferred) to guide clients through personalised longevity programmes in Hong Kong. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to translate clinical recommendations into practical lifestyle changes across nutrition, activity, sleep, and stress management.

The role emphasizes evidence-based coaching, data interpretation, and ongoing motivation to improve health and function.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a health discipline.
Minimum 2 years of client-facing healthcare, wellness or coaching experience.
Strong behaviour-change and motivational interviewing skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
Preferred: Registered Dietitian qualification or Registered Physiotherapist qualification.
Preferred: Certified Health Coach credentials (IIN, ACE, Precision Nutrition, NBHWC, NSHC, or equivalent).
Experience supporting clients with weight management, metabolic health, healthy ageing programmes.

Responsibilities

Engage clients in-person and virtually.
Help clients establish personalised longevity goals.
Develop structured action plans to support lasting behaviour change.
Provide ongoing motivation, accountability, and progress tracking.
Interpret health screening and lifestyle data with the clinical team.
Collaborate with physicians, dietitians, physiotherapists and fitness professionals.
Prepare progress summaries for clients and the clinical team.
Deliver health education through individual and group sessions.
