Job summary

The University of Hong Kong is seeking an Exercise and Wellness Trainer (Senior Technical Assistant) to support the Active Health Clinic, delivering evidence-based fitness coaching and health services. You will develop tailored fitness programs for diverse populations, perform health assessments, and assist with projects and educational materials, while working shifts as required.

Applicants should hold a degree in Sports Science or equivalent and have English and Chinese proficiency;

Qualifications

• Recognized degree in Sports Science or equivalent.
• Experience in exercise prescription and testing.
• Excellent command of English and Chinese; good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide health and fitness services for Active Health Clinic programs.
• Deliver evidence-based training advice and tailor fitness programs.
• Conduct health and fitness assessments on-site and in clinical settings.
• Assist in fitness and wellness projects and prepare educational materials.
• Work on shift duties as required.
