Job summary

Rosewood Hong Kong is seeking a Revenue Analyst - Long Stay to optimize occupancy and rate performance for Rosewood Residences and the K11 ARTUS long-stay segment. You will analyze occupancy, rate and length-of-stay, support pricing, and maintain rolling forecasts while identifying risks and opportunities.

Candidate will correlate market trends, manage data quality across revenue and property systems, and prepare clear reports for leadership reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in hospitality, business, finance, analytics or related field preferred.
• Experience in hotel revenue management, reservations, distribution or analytics.
• Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and long-range analyses for long-stay performance.
• Support pricing and inventory recommendations by reviewing demand and occupancy trends.
• Maintain rolling forecasts and identify risks and opportunities.
• Produce performance reports, dashboards and presentations for reviews.
• Collaborate with Sales, Reservations, Front Office, Finance and Operations to validate data and implement strategies.
