Job summary

GoGoVan is seeking a highly motivated Specialist, Data Science and Analytics in Hong Kong to collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets while supporting data engineering tasks to ensure data quality and flow across the business. You will collaborate with multiple departments to optimize logistics operations and drive growth through insights and infrastructure support.

You will build dashboards and reports, perform analyses of delivery routes and customer behavior, and develop scalable data

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or closely related technical field preferred.

Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources (operational, customer, market data).
Conduct in-depth analysis of logistics operations, including delivery routes, driver efficiency, and cost optimization.
Analyze customer behavior and identify trends to improve customer experience and drive customer retention.
Perform spatial data analysis to optimize delivery routes and improve logistics efficiency.
Develop and maintain business analytics dashboards and reports to visualize KPIs and track business performance using Tableau, Power BI, etc.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly.
