Job summary

GoGoX in Hong Kong is seeking a highly motivated Specialist, Data Science and Analytics to collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets while performing minimum data engineering tasks to ensure data quality and flow. You will collaborate with departments to optimize logistics, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive business growth through insights and infrastructure support.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/DS or related field; Statistics/Math acceptable.
1+ year in data science/analytics with data pipeline experience.
Strong SQL querying, data manipulation and schema design.
Proficient Python with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn.
Experience with Tableau/Power BI and ETL/ELT automation.
Excellent English and Cantonese communication.

Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources (operational, customer, market data).
Conduct in-depth analysis of logistics operations, including delivery routes, driver efficiency, and cost optimization.
Analyze customer behavior and identify trends to improve customer experience and retention.
Perform spatial data analysis to optimize delivery routes and logistics efficiency.
Develop and maintain dashboards/reports to visualize KPIs using Tableau/Power BI.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly.
