Job summary

United Test And Assembly Center Limited (UTAC) in Hong Kong is seeking a technician to sustain line operations for dry processes including sputter, photolithography and descum. The role involves supporting disposition of lots and OCAP, and contributing to yield and cost efficiency through CIP projects.

You will work with the QM department to respond to customer inquiries and issues, maintain SPC, and participate in new material evaluation and tool setup.

Qualifications

• Diploma Holder related to Engineering or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Line sustaining for dry process (Sputter, Photolithography and Descum).
• Support lot dispositions and OCAP executions.
• Involve in Continuous Improvement Projects.
• Working with QM Dept. to respond to customer inquiries and issues.
• Execute CIP or project handling that contributes yield & cost efficiency improvement.
• Ensure SPC is maintained and in control.
• Support new material evaluation and new tool setup.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Supervisor or Manager from time to time.
