Job summary

Macdonald & Company Limited is seeking a Leasing Manager in Hong Kong to oversee the full leasing lifecycle for coliving, residential, and student housing. You will manage enquiries, tours, offers, tenancy agreements, and move-in/move-out coordination, ensuring a smooth tenant experience.

You will target monthly and annual occupancy, maintain tracking dashboards, and collaborate with universities on master lease negotiations while monitoring market rents and tenancy compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree inBusiness/Real Estate/Hospitality or related field.
• 3–5 years of property leasing, real estate sales or student accommodation management.
• Experience with institutional clients (universities, corporates) is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of local tenancy law and licensing regulations preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM/property management tools.
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full leasing lifecycle from enquiry handling and tours to offers, tenancy agreements, and move-in/move-out coordination.
• Achieve monthly and annual occupancy targets across all room types.
• Maintain room allocation tracker, pipeline CRM, and occupancy dashboard.
• Coordinate with Leasing Director on bulk allocation and master lease negotiations with universities.
• Monitor rental trends and recommend competitive pricing strategies.
• Act as primary contact for residents on leasing and tenancy matters.
• Coordinate with property management and facilities teams on room readiness and maintenance.
• Handle tenancy renewals, early terminations, and dispute resolution.
• Ensure compliance with tenancy agreements, licensing requirements, and landlord-tenant regulations.
