Job summary

ExxonMobil is seeking a Lean Transformation Lead to drive the deployment of Lean systems at a lubricants manufacturing site, delivering measurable improvements in safety, quality, cost and throughput. You will partner with site leadership to embed continuous improvement and build organizational capability for sustained performance.

In this role, you will lead Lean implementation, coach across levels, run Kaizen events, apply 5S, standard work, VSM and Six Sigma, and foster cross-functional

What role you will play in our team

The Lean Transformation Lead will lead the deployment of Lean systems at a lubricants manufacturing site, driving measurable improvements in safety, quality, cost, and operational efficiency. This role partners closely with site leadership to embed a culture of continuous improvement and develop organizational capability for sustained performance.

• Coach leaders and teams on Lean principles and behaviors
• Identify and execute value creation opportunities through data-driven analysis
• Facilitate Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives

• Drive cross-functional collaboration to enhance throughput and reliability

About you

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in manufacturing or packaging environment
• Willingness to relocate on a rotational basis to various US-based locations
