Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking an accomplished Cloud Architect to build a high-velocity, cloud-native enterprise platform in Hong Kong. You will lead design and deployment of AWS/Kubernetes solutions, drive IaC with Terraform and modern CI/CD pipelines, and set standards for microservices and API governance.

Ideal candidates bring strong experience in microservices, service meshes (Istio/Helm), and robust observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK), with fluent Cantonese and English communication.

Qualifications

• Expert AWS core services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, IAM).
• Production Kubernetes experience.
• Microservices, event-driven design experience.
• Terraform/CloudFormation IaC & modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK.
• Security best practices with RBAC and IAM.
• Excellent Cantonese and English communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect Cloud-Native Systems: Design and deploy enterprise-grade AWS and Kubernetes solutions for high-throughput, resilient application environments.
