Job summary

The Hong Kong Jockey Club is seeking a Senior Trading Manager to lead the development of trading tools and analytics models that drive profitability and risk management for sports wagering. You will oversee data science initiatives, build ML/AI pricing algorithms, and collaborate with IT and wagering teams on product innovations.

You will manage a team, mentor staff, and ensure scalable, robust solutions, while aligning with the Club's strategic objectives and responsible gambling commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related discipline; Master's preferred.
• At least 7 years' experience applying modelling, ML and AI techniques with demonstrable results.
• Experience managing agile project life cycle and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop Trading Tools and Analytics Models to improve profitability and efficiency in Sports Trading.
• Conduct statistical research and data analysis.
• Build ML/AI models to produce pricing algorithms and risk management tools.
• Lead strategic input for product innovations in Wagering and pricing.
• Ensure agile product development lifecycle and reusable components.
