Job summary

JPC Corporation in Hong Kong seeks a strategic Product Manager to lead a health supplement portfolio. You will define the product strategy, roadmap, and collaborate with R&D, marketing, operations, sales, and quality teams to deliver market-ready products.

You will manage a small product team, translate market insights into scalable solutions, and report to the Chief Business Officer, shaping innovations that drive growth and customer value across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biomedical Science, Biotechnology, Nutrition, Food Science, Food Technology, Pharmaceutical Science, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related discipline.
• Master’s degree highly preferred.
• Relevant experience in product management in health supplements, health foods, pharmaceutical products, or TCM industry required.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data for decisions.
• Good understanding of product development methodologies and lifecycle management.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about product innovation.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, roadmap, and priorities with key stakeholders.
• Conduct market research, analyze consumer trends, and review customer feedback to identify product opportunities.
• Translate business needs and customer requirements into clear product specifications.
• Work with internal teams to develop, launch, and improve health supplement products.
• Manage the product development lifecycle to ensure timely execution and quality standards.
• Monitor product performance and use data insights to drive improvements.
• Coordinate product-related communication with stakeholders.
• Lead and manage a Product team of 3-4 members.
• Report to the Chief Business Officer.
